These Terms govern your purchase and use of zEAge ("the Software") and related services from The Rack Trading Co. ("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to your active subscription or one-time purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on trading accounts you own or control. A lifetime licence grants continued use of the Software and updates; a monthly subscription grants use for as long as the subscription remains active.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share the Software; decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract its source or strategy logic; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the Software in any unlawful manner. We may suspend or terminate your licence for breach of these Terms.
The monthly plan may include a free trial; you may be required to provide a payment method to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the then-current monthly fee. You can cancel at any time through your account with our payment provider (Stripe); cancellation stops future billing and ends access at the end of the current period. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.
Because the Software is a digital product delivered immediately, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once access is provided. We consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis — contact theoc@cr3ationfactory.com.
The Software is a tool, not financial advice and not a managed account. We make no representation or warranty that use of the Software will be profitable, will pass any prop-firm challenge, or will avoid losses. Trading carries substantial risk — see our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the Software, dashboard, and telemetry services available and maintained, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platforms (MetaTrader 5, your broker or prop firm, your VPS, and our payment and hosting providers) are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rack Trading Co. shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rack Trading Co. from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Software or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
