This policy explains what information The Rack Trading Co. ("we", "us") collects when you use the zEAge website, Software, and dashboard, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our products you agree to this policy.
When you purchase, start a trial, or contact us, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, and the prop firm you intend to trade with. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details on our servers.
When running, zEAge transmits operational trading telemetry to our monitoring layer so we can display your dashboard and improve the product. This includes account equity and balance, trade records, drawdown and risk-gate status, open positions and pending orders, and EA status heartbeats, keyed to your trading account number and the EA's instance identifier.
We do not collect your broker login credentials or trading-account password — the Software never has access to them, and they are never transmitted. The account number is an identifier, not a credential, and cannot be used to access or control your funds.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the product — for example our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud database and hosting providers — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to telemetry is restricted by database row-level security. We retain account and telemetry data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To exercise any of these rights, email theoc@cr3ationfactory.com.
The website may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this data to identify you individually.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
